One of the biggest obstacles to pastors and other clergy taking a life-altering, call-restoring renewal leave is believing they can do it.  I want to come talk to your group and help you over that hurdle!  Here's what we'll do during our time together:

• Learn why renewal leave is an important piece of spiritual self-care.

• Discuss current statistics on the state of clergy health.

• Develop a strategy for talking to a congregation about a pastoral renewal leave.

• Brainstorm ways to fund a renewal leave and create a budget (Hint:  you don't have to get a big grant to have a great renewal leave!).

• Voice questions and hesitations about taking renewal leave.

• Share stories and ideas of renewal leave activities.

While the highly interactive nature of my talks makes in-person gatherings ideal, I also know that it's not possible for every group to gather in person, so I will meet with your group either in-person or as a webinar.
